I have a 1995 M3 with a Dinan exhuast and Intake. I was wondering what it would sound like If I cut the cats off, and if there is and Senor I would have to bypass. Thank you for your help
there is no post cat oxygen sensor on the 95 M3, because it is OBD-1. I would buy a resonator or a track pipe. Turner sales one as does aa tuning. I have the AA tuning track pipe and love it.
it makes a little difference the sound is louder at WOT but it sounds good. Make the exhaust sound deeper. Also the hp gains are awesome too the main reason why I bought it. Also it is very easy to install and looks great. The crasftsmanship on the AA product is top grade. I'm not sure about the Turner one they maybe made by the same people. The both look the same on the web.
I saw that those track pipes are both around $600 I was looking for a cheap horespower gain, and if I did take them off I most likely would just use pipe. Is it worth it if I don't buy a track pipe, or should I just let it be with the Dinan Exhuast?
