Major water leaks

I purchased a used 2003 525I with 7,000 miles. Between 7,000 and 22,000 miles it has been back to the dealership four times with continual water leaks. There was so much water the first time it filled an entire large sized carpet cleaner. All the seals have been replaced, the car has been completely dismantled and the sunroof was replaced. After driving for 600 miles in the rain we saw no apparant water until the next day when it sat out in the rain and it was dripping down near the drivers petals. I told the dealership I never want to see the car again and have no idea how they are going to help me. I feel trapped with an expensive car I can't trust to stay dry and not start a mold and mildew factory. The California lemon law states that four repairs for the same problem make the car a lemon but they are telling me that it had to be before 12,000 miles. I can understand mechanical things but I can't control the weather. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey i had the same problem mines was coming from the sunroof ,if you remove the headliner your gonna see hose thaat connect to the front of the sunroof,2 ribber hoses that run down the side pillars...your gonna have to getbto small hose clamps and put around where the hose meets the nipple coming of the sunroof .....you see what happens is when u put water on top of the car u wount see anything....cuz the water has to build up and since the hosde is so small the water backs up and comes out the the hose where it connects to the sunroof so try that and u should be fine.........

water leaking on the footwell is 99% of the time the moisture barriers in the doors. they are foam sound insulators sealed with adhesive. sometimes the come unstuck, and leak water in the door. especially if you have a window regulator done and they tear it, or don't use new adhesive.

water coming out near the pedals could be a windshield leak, or a leak where the heater/AC box meets the fire wall. could also be a blocked sunroof drain causing water to drip down the a-pillar and come out near your feet.
