Anyone know is there any mp3 changer can fit to the X3 which u can change dise on the orginal stereo?

Check out Alpine's 6 disc changers. Either the CHM-S630 or the CHA-S634 will fit. For the latter, you'll need an Ai-net to M-bus adapter as well as the BMW to Alpine adapter (Blitzsafe's pretty decent), and for the former, you'll need just the BMW to Alpine adapter. You'll still retain use of the steering wheel controls. BTW, Alpine maufactures BMW's CD changers. Check out crutchfield.com for good prices on either changer. I have a CHM-S630 installed, which is pretty awesome.

I am also looking at installing an Alpine CHA S634 in my X3. Blitszafe answered me that they still have to test their interface for the X3, but looking at your experience, seems that work !

Which blitzsafe reference have you used as interface Alpine to BMW? Does you X3 have DSP, Nav ?
