I believe that you are speaking of the GT2, which was a very limited production model that was released the last year of the E36 (only in Europe). From my understanding, the GT2 was mechanically identical to the EVO, but had limited edition red/black interior (suede/leather and seats were sick!). Not to be confused with the ///M3 GT, which was a 1995 production car that only came in Brittish racing green, and had some alluminum body panneling, if I'm not mistaken. From what I understand, it was basically the Euro version of the US imported ///M3 light weight. I am pretty sure that both cars were produced by BMW Individual Divison, along with the Lightweight. Nice call though on the GT2, as most people do not even know of its existance. [clap]

Thanks for the info... no wonder I didn't know about the model. Those of us in North America area always f***ed...
