Need computer help! I suddenly can't open attachments!

I give up! I never have had problem before! I can't open my attachments.
I get a message saying such and such "is not a valid win 32 application" HUH?
Microsoft Windows Millenium Edition- (Compaq Presario)
I do system maint. every month, tried that tonite- no luck.
Any ideas?

Hmmm, what is the name of the attachment? A few virus generat this message (girls.exe, sex.exe). What email program (Outllook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.)?

Thanks for reply, I called MSN, got some "help" from either Moe, Larry or Curly, didn't help, took 1/2 hr. (at least!) Will try again tonight (sigh..)
Simple little joke attachments from my brother-they always go through! I appreciate your post-let me see what the crack msn team can come up with tonight!
