G/f got mad at me cuz I haven't been romantic enough for her (ok, so I've screwed up... er... several times). Burn her a mix CD.

Make out personal coupons for favors from you, i.e. a massage, a night watching a 'chick flick', poetry readings, etc.

Get her a gift certificate for a manicure, etc.

Write a poem for her.

Find some good poetry and read it to her.

Leave a note in several places one leading to the next. Then leave a single rose at the end with a really sweet letter (money works too). Or go out while she is working or sleeping, And tie a giant red bow around her car with a SELF THOUGHT up poem about how much she means to you.
