New Headlight Bulb's..which ones?

I have a 88 M3.

Thinking about trying out some new (HID like) bulbs with the white-blue look.

Can you guys tell me which ones are best.

PIAA makes the best looking bulbs that aren't true HID, the good ones are around $80 for the pair. Be careful if you have plastic housings on your headlamps, some bulbs get so hot they melt through.

PIAAs should work fine with your application. Unlike many other aftermarket bulbs, they run at the same wattage as your stock bulb and produce a lot more lumens than your stock bulb, so you don't have to worry about melting your headlamp housing after installation.
