Lug is 4x100.

Here is a question, what is the offset on the Bottlecap rims?!?
I thought they were 25, the guy at Bav Auto says they're 30 and ive read online that they are 35. wtf!

Ok, so i have found out, by having bought washers and trying them out, i determined i need 8mm. BUT, i think there is a bigger problem at hand.
PLEASE HELP

first of all, here they are, well, two of them for that matter. [;)]

The thing that i am worried about, is that i bought too big a tire! uhg - 225/50/16!!

and thats WITH the 8mm spacer [:0]

They fit nicely, but i dont know what will happen once teh car takes a dip. I did turn the wheel and they scrub on the inside and out of the front.
PLEASE, any words of advice? [???1]

They look good tho. [cheers] (they are silver btw)

You should definitely take the big sticker off of the front tire.

They look good. If you lowered it it would look great.

Sorry but i can't help your problem.

well, that was just a test, they were backwards too.

But i reordered them to be smaller 205/50/16.

Now im stuck with the spacer issue again. I determined that 8mm would keep it from scrubbing the strut and under the fender, but the dealer actually recommended 20mm spacer! which would garantee that it wouldnt scrub when turning, but wouldnt that make them stick out the sides?
8mm = just enough to fit, 20mm = recommended, so would 15mm be right?

After everything is installed, you might want to consider the BMW mud flaps whether you like them or not if the wheel protrudes in order to protect your paint. By the way I like those wheels a lot on the E30. H&R as well as others make quality spacers and make sure you get the right lug bolt length.

did you have to get longer studs with those spacers? I got a set of 18x7's I'm gonna put on and had to get 1/4 inche spacers and the distance from the shock in the fron looks about the same as yours does, maybe I little bit closer

of course - i think i got 40mm but with 1/4" spacer, you can use 35mm bolts.

but an 18" rim? you have to be kidding. what size tire do you plan to use and have you even sized it out yet?

UPDATE on my spacer problem, i am most likely getting 10mm spacers fabricated by a local metal shop. (i would have done it myself with it having come to this point, but i need them by next week)
If they turn out to be cost effective, anyone want a set because i just might order quite a few if they come out right?

at the local performance shop here in town the guy has a set of 215/45/18's that are used and I talked him into letting me borrow just one and getting it mounted then put it on the car and see how it will work, I think it will be alright, might rub sometimes but that's ok with me
