For a number of years, it has been legal in Ontario (Canada) for women to go topless in public, as long as they don't do it for profit or to promote a business endeavor. After the long legal battle and victory, where are all these women???

Aren't there laws against indecent exposure? They should be enforced on some of the ugly ones that are still trying to were things like tube tops and spandex.

I'm all for the topless routine, but they should be licensed. If your ugly --- NO LICENSE FOR YOU!!!
