Hey, sorry about the delay, I had to dig for the maintenance record. According to my repairs invoice, my mechanic "found codes 145- minor leak detected" which was caused by a "lean run condition, found intake hose torn under intake manifold".
He replaced the intake air boot at a cost of $15 for parts, 1.5 hours of labor (which included "replace intake air hose, includes removal of air filter housing to access"). To be honest, I think you can save yourself the $150 worth of labor and do it yourself, perhaps after you've had it diagnosed by a mechanic. I would have done it myself had I know what was causing it, but hindsight is 20/20.
My Haynes manual has the instructions, so if you need me to fax you the pages or something, let me know. Do it soon however- the lean air condition evidently eventually wore away at my oxygen sensor and made this into a pricey job. I also noticed a slight boost in power and fuel economy when it was done.
Good luck!
Dan
