try pulling out the blower and cleaning maybe even replacing it, also replace the micro cabin filter those cause problems if unchanged

hmmm how to explain this.... the fan is like a side-ways cup with blades for walls, it sucks air in from the opening and shoots it out the blades. There is probably something that got sucked in and is too large to get out of the blades. Maybe at lows speeds the object goes for a ride on a blade and at higher speeds it can't sit still.

Pull it out and look at it.... It is extremely easy to get to from under the hood. Couple small bolts takes off a panel, couple plastic nuts takes off a wire harness on this panel. Once you get the panel off, it's in a black box inside. Pull the 2 straps off the cover and there the fan is.

Ben, I think you are referring to the fan by the radiator, because sometimes I need to use it just to defrost the windshield. Other than that the car heats up the interior rather quickly. I am going to mess with it this weekend after I move from my ex girls house.

no i was referring to the defrost fan. all you have to do is open the moon roof and start driving. it will defrost the windshield pretty quickly.

Another thing you might want to check is if the outside ring that surrounds the fan to keep it from expanding is cracked or broken. I had this problem when turned on the fan expands and hits the covering expecially around the 2 setting and up. You can take the broekn one off and just replace that side of the blower with a new fan, though it takes lots of effort to get off, its possible.
