Noisy AC

My AC makes a LOT of noise! I didn't notice it the first summer I drove it, but it sounds so bad, people have asked me if there is a problem with the car. Dealer agreed the sound is pretty bad, but they 'all' sound like that. It sounds like really, really noisy cooling fans.

Anyone else have the same?
