oil type

i have a 1988 325 w/ 192k, and i was wondering whats the best type of oil to use.

there are as lot of decent brands available, and i'm sure some people will recommend you use expensive synthetic oil, but regular oil is just fine. frequent oil/filter changes are the most important thing - every 3k miles for me. i use castrol gtx 20/50 myself.

use valvoline max life, its a bit expensive but if you use it and change oil every 3000 your engine will run forever
