BMWdude, you are thinking of Cali. Actually, in Florida, they don't even do vehicle inspection, so you can modify your car and only have to be afraid of the cops. Personally, I absolutely love Florida...we go to Palm Beach once every year in the summer, and it is the greatest place. When I am done with college, I am truly thinking about moving to Palm Beach...

....yea right. The best thing is any good beach is no longer than a hour and a half awaynah...sharks are like my ex-girlfriend........come too close and mess with it and you will be attacked. But give them some distance and respect, and it will just swim around. I've only seen about 3 from living here for 13 years.....go to the beach twice a month.

Cali doesn't do vehicle inspections either. You just have to get a smog check every couple of years when your car reaches a certain age. If you modify, you just have to worry about cops as well here. The only major difference I believe is that FL lets you tint the front windows I think. Cali only allows 70% on the front sided windows.
Orlando was cool. I liked it there. Only bad part is the humidity. I'm not a big fan of that. But the airport was freaking awesome. Almost as high tech as the Hong Kong one but with much nicer weather and the area around it was much cleaner.

I'm at the most NE tip of FL and this is the best weather around. Not too cold in winter and not too hot in summer.
Orlando is kinda nice if you are on vacation, if you live there, it can be hectic. Traffic on I-4 is horrible, anytime, anyday. I go down to Orlando several times a year, each time it gets worse. When I first went there in 89, it was the place I wanted to live in! The Disney Magic makes you feel young again! I guess maybe I'm just getting too old for busy cities...
