I just replaced the raqdiator of my new second hand 84' 323i It still overheats. we have removed the thermostat and filled with water from hose in the bottl engine running and air bleed screw open, still overheats :( the engine has lots of sludge and we are about to do a back flush to try and remove sludge and stop airlocks and the overheating we are also going to backflush the heater seperatly. anybody with any sugestions will be greatly appreciated also does anybody know the amount of water the water pump would put through in a minute. we are quite sure that it is not a cracked head or a blown head gasket because it was going fine untill we replaced the radiator. vincenzo
