Oxygen sensor 1998 528i

I used my Peake reset tool to read the fault codes after my "check Engine" light went on;

O2 sensor adaptation limit, cyl #4-6
and
O2 sensor control limit, cyl #4-6

Does this mean I should replace both the pre- and post cat O2 sensors for cyl #4-6? And if so, which set of O2 sensors are for cyl #4-6?
