Power Window motor removal

Hey

My rear left power window won't work at all in my 88 e30.

I'm thinking it's the motor or at least something in the door in direct correlation to the motor, as neither of the switches will do anything to the window. (ie. the switch in the front, and the one on the rear door).

I pulled the trim off the door yesterday, but was unable to get the motor out. I took the 3 nuts off that look like they hold the motor in, but it still seems to be fixed quite rigidly elsewhere.

Any help would be muchly appreciated.

I've taken the entire mechanism and regulator out motor and all before - pretty eeasy, but never took just the motor out. Maybe the whole mechanism needs to be pulled out to access rear nuts or some such. I'll try to remember to have a look in the bible tonight and get back to you.
