Pushing in the bumpers

I own a 318i, and i am considering pushing in the bumpers. How would one come around to do something like that?
If anyone knows any detailed information on the way it is done, please let me know.

from what i hear... it's easy

put on safety glasses (it sprays), put down a big drop cloth (no really, it sprays), get under car w/ drill, put a hole in the shock... put a cloths pin on your nose if u don't wanna deal w/ the smell... i also hear it stinks... get up, kick bumper if u need to
