rattling steering

Hi

i've notice that whenever the wheels of the care hit any small bumps or potholes at low speed the steering will rattle. When travelling at high speed approx 120km/h the the steering will shake. The car has 4 news michelin tyres and recently did balancing and alignment. Has it anything to do with the mechanicals of the steering or just the rims and tyres?
Appreciate your help before i refer this problem to my mechanics

Most likely the Front Tire Iner-rods o/ worn bushings are the problem. Have them check.

Yea I agree, sounds like a ball joint.
