regarding spark plugs...

someone mentioned earlier that the plugs he had lasted to 35k...how often are you supposed to change yours?

Spark plugs are cheap, I used to change mine every 12-15k on the Focus.

Most shops and I believe BMW recommend spark plugs be changed every 15k.

Spark plugs should be replace every 30,000 / 35,000 miles or every inspection II. Use the manufactured recommendation for a 1989 325i use Bosch W8LCR. Other spark plug used is the Bosch platinum plus 4 spark plug.

Yep, I checked and 30-35k is the proper range with one exception that I found. They say that the plugs in the 91 318is are approved for up to 100k....wow! Maybe that is why I got 75k out of my last set in the little jewel.
