hah - no problem.

Remove the front bumper (two large bolts underneath in front - torx or allen head for f/l (post 87) cars) and then pull toward you and it unclips - don't pull so hard you rip the indicator wires off. Un plug them and then you're good to remove it entirely.

Unplug front foglights if applicable.

Remove 6x clips from top of grill. kidney grill will then come out. 2x phillips head screws on each of the side grills and they'll come out also.

Remove front valance - 2x torx head flathead screws at either end under grill, plus 2x 8mm screws in same location. 2x8mm just inside headlights, and 2 more behind brake duct intakes, plus a couple holding bumper brackets to the guards, plus plastic splash guards inside the fender.

Now remove front valance and splash guards.

2x 8mm screws up inside guard near door hinges - access from wheel well. 1 more on sill.

Remove indicator from guard - 1x phillips screw and then clips out.

Finally 9x 8mm screws holding top of guard. Some have large amounts of sealer then gluing panel to unibody, others have none and will just come free.

Installation is reverse of removal.

This is all from memory sitting in my office at work, so hope I havn't forgotten anything.

Let us know how you get on.
