Since no one liked the 745i sport rims I was thinking of getting these:

I think it would make a good constrat with my silver gray and shadow grill. But I can only find them painted as replicas, not original Hartge, anyone have any experience, is there a noticeable difference, or it doesn't really matter?

19 x 8.5 (245/35)
19 x 9.5 (275/30)

Should run about $2.5K for a set of rims and some tires. Any suggestions? [idea]

Those are real nice in my opinion at least. I don't see how they could be that much different except for maybe weight and strength but its not like you are going to track the car.

Thanks, I think Im definitely going to go with these rims, giving back my 2000 328Ci lease tomorrow, as long as everything goes smoothly there and they dont try to rape me, I will be getting these rims, probably with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S, unless anyone has any other recommendations for other tires.

The guy is selling them with Fuzion ZRi By Bridgestone, but I never heard of those tires before. [???1]

Real nice wheels, but I don't think they'll look good on your M3 since it's not black. I think they will stick out too much, but that's just my opinion. As for the tires, I definitely do not think you should run all-seasons on the M3. I think you may want to get high performance summer tires on these new rims, and get a set of snow tires and put them on the stock M3 18" rims you have on your car now.

it could work, but then again it might not. (i'm not a big fan of colored rims..) anyway, i have replica 68m for my winter rims, and no problem with them. as mentioned by andre, unless you need really light rims for tracking and such, i don't think it makes too much difference. (unless they weigh way more than your stock ones, then you might need new brakes too, doubtful tho.)
