Rotor and brakes

Just wanted to know if there were some off factory rotors and brake pads you guys would recommend.

Several people suggested I get padgid or EBC greenstuff to get rid of brake dust. I got the greenstuff and they are awesome! About 1/4 of the brake dust.

I'm getting ready to replace the rotors. Are there any rotor/brake pad combos you guys would recommend. The only drawback to my EBC greenstuff brake pads now are that they sometimes squeak against my factory rotors.

I want to get the entire brake sys. replaced together this time, so let me know of a combo that works well together...........dustless would be good.[;)]

[thumb] I tried the PBR Deluxe with Brembo Cross-Drilled rotors. [thumb]
Pads are nearly as good as OEM, and with 1/8th the dust, the rotors are fine. I get an occasional squeek, but this is due to my not properly seating/burning in the new pads/rotors. [B)]

mrmpl, the squeak may just be from performance brakes...they tend to do that. You can resolve it two ways:
1.) Bed your brakes (slam on the brakes mad hard from 30mph, then 40mph).
2.) Clean your rotors (next time you wash your car, spray your rotors with a non-acidic wheel cleaner and rinse off).

thanks for your help. I tried getting on BMP design online this past wkend, but they were closed until Jan 2. I'm getting their factory crossdrilled rotors with the PBR deluxe. We'll see how everything works out. Any special tools I'll need? I already have metric tools, but one of my friends said something about a special tool to remove the calipers. Let me know
