I have a friend that is looking at an 2001 z3m with the s54 engine with 28000 miles, should he be overly concerned about all of the problems with this engine? And really how durable is the s54 in the 2001 zm3? The 6 yr 100000 mile warranty will be up in a year and he really can't afford a new engine if it does blow after the warranty is up.
