SCCA stock rim sizing and tires

Is there any way I could go with a 15" rim on an E30 325is and still be legal for d stock competition. Aslo, could someone reccomend a set of R-compound tires to use.

There is some mention of tires in this thread. I don't think there are any 15 inch rims stock.
