Security (Stellar Alarm and Keyless Entry System?)

Would anyone have information on a good security system for a 86 325e?
I was looking at the Stellar Alarm and Keyless Entry System, does anyone have experience installing one of these? I can install car stereo and amps but car alarm is something else, needing splices in the ignition wiring and etc... If this alarm is effective and easy to install, or if anyone has any experience with it, would appreciate a few words.

I installed the Stellar keyless entry system w/o the alarm. I found it took less than an hour to install. I installed the module in the trunk panel by the central locking module. The alarm module etc will probably take a little longer. The front kick panel can be used to locate the module as well. If you use the driver side front kick panel the wire color coding will match. If you use the trunk location you will have to probe for the right wires. The instructions include the procedure for both locations. Remember the double locking feature can not be activated remotely on the E30s, it is an electromechanical setup so you need the key for the double lock feature.
