Shop Manual for 530i

Hi,

Does BMW sell the both the shop manuals and part catalog for 2004 530i ?

I heard that the luxury car tax was gone a few years ago, is that true ?? Any car costs more than $40,000 won't be imposed with this tax except the sales tax ?

There is not luxury tax.
