Ive been thinking on turbocharging my '84 318 for a while now...i would plan on getting the manifold from a 2002 turbo to put on my M10, but am wondering how difficult it is to map an ECU and all that so the EFI system would still work properly. Does anyone know anything about this? thanks in advance

I dont really know Minnesota well but it wouldnt be too difficult to get it mapped for you. What I would do is get a greta company like AA to make some good maps for you, then spend a LOT of time (I mean a LOT of time) runnign dynos and sendign all this info back to AA so they can tune it properly with the given data. But ideally you should have a shop near you that knows how to tune ECU's.
