Spark plug change..

Can someone pls show me how to change plugs on a 94 525i and what plugs do you recommend. Bought the car last summer with 170,000 km. Thanks

Look under tips and tricks. It's a pretty good site with detailed step by step instructions and pics.
As for what type of plugs I don't know (I use Bosch).
