Spark Plugs

Im about to purchase some new spark plugs for my 1987 325is......i just wanted to know what kind/brand you guys used. I.e. bosch, or what....and do the platinum 4's really make enough of a difference for the extra money...

i have the bosch platinum 2s i cant really tell that much of a diff on my 91 318is

don't get the platinum 4's.... i heard they are really horrible. I have the bosch singles and i noticed a huge difference. Then again i don't even know how my car ran on the one's i pulled out.

I have Bosch Platinum +4 installed in my 1989 325i. They are in there for over 31K miles so far and engine runs great, gets good gas mileage and performance. When the time comes to replace them I'll go with them again. Prior to these plugs I always stuck with the factory OE plugs. The engine is stock except for JC chip. I installed them on the recommendation of another club member because he liked them on his 325i so when the time came I gave them a try.

Ive got the platinum 4's. They seem to do a fine job, though I dont really notice any performance difference.
