Another little problem to screw my head up. Drove my 316i to pick a friend up tonight and bring him home. The full journey was about 36 miles and was driven in very very thick fog. Drove there, picked him up, brought him home and went in for a smoke. Came out about 2 hours later, tried to start my car and my battery was very nearly dead. After 3 attempts to start the car it was dead. All the electrics worked, lights etc. but when I tried to start up the only sound was the starter ticking. Got my wife to jump me from the Jag and it started first time (the leads had only been on for about 10 seconds). Drove home, parked up and tried to restart, worked first time. Any idea what could have caused a sudden drain like this, could it have been down to the fog (it was very very thick) depositing moisture on the contacts or something similer.
