A few weeks back my 1995 325I was involved in an accident.The damage was limited to the hood,front bumper and cooling system.Soon after the repairs were complted I noticed that the temp guage started moving over to the right indicating that the car was running hot.I immediatly stopped the car but found no sign of the car being hot other than the temp guage.This happened again a few days later with still no sign of a hot engine.Both times this has happened I have been in stop and go traffic.There is plenty of water in the radiator so I am wondering what could be the problem here.The car never had any problem before the work was done.I am scheduled to see a mechanic Friday but I am hoping to hear some ideas frm folks as to what this might be.Thanks in advance.
