I've got an 89 325is. If the timing is off by 1 tooth, when I do the 720 rotation, will I be able to rotate it the full 360/720? Or will I just feel a little tap from the valves hitting the pistons? I'm confident it's on right, but after my last incident, i'm not so sure. I can rotate it 720 and it feels fine, I hear crackeling crushing, sounds like rice crispies in milk, but i'm sure thats just small particles that got into the head, and will hopefully be cleaned out when I run some new oil through it.
