Pretty cool e-Magazine.

These power pulleys change the way the engine revs, right? I mean, lighter pulley means less drag/weight, which means the engine revs up and down noticeably faster, correct?

Yea, the engine will rev up faster.

To clarify on Leif's response, the engine will rev more freely due to the lighter weight of the pulleys as you mentioned and the reduction in parasitic drag.

This will not produce the same sort of free-revving feel to your engine as a Lightweight Flywheel, but there will be an improvement. Additionally, you'll also notice slightly better throttle response.
