Yes. The interesting thing about that is the fact that it is illegal to willfully kill any birds of prey in the United States. This include the fish eating (eg. Osprey), meat eating (eg. Eagles, hawks, falcons, owls, etc.),and the carrion eating (buzzards, vultures, etc.). The crows and Jays are not included in this because they are not solely dependant on the food that our cars make for them as carrion eating birds are.

First one: Partially true, the the symbol comes from the latin word plumbum, the term plumbing was given to this element because of it's use as the first metal for indoor plumbing.

Second one; Half correct, the other organism was a bit of a tricky one and is a microbe that is extremely resistance to radistion. It however would not live for long being as how the majority of it's life cycle depends on humans. It is quite depressing to think that cockroaches and gonnorhea will most likely be the last to living entities on this planet.
