Very interesting. I don't understand why the stock M3 exhaust sounds like shit (no offense ).

I guess because it's a racing engine and it doesn't matter what it sounds like...or maybe that's the sound of a lean mean running machine !!

Well, it's not a 'bad rasp' like a ricer, it sounds like it's got some power behind it, but I personally do not like it. Now, from the interior, I'm sure it sounds great.

M3 owners -- When you have your windows down and sunroof open, can you hear the raspyness? That would make me sad, because theres nothing like opening the windows on my car and hearing that sweet exhaust.
