What is vanos exactly? Which is better for performence mods? What are the stock hp difference in them? Why??
I am asking because this summer I am going to do a m50 swap, I am starting the planning now and I found a nice 88 325is I might pickup. Its an auto but I think there shouldnt be to much work on coverting to manual along with the m50 going in. Ive seen m50s on roadfly ranging from the bare engine $850 to $3k for a complete engine, tranny, and ecu.
