I'd be staying away from a purchase like that unless the seller can give you more details on the stuff. Saying a few screw holes are stripped might turn into a big deal when you try and put it on. Personally i like the E30 in it's stock trim, I've yet to see a really impressive body kit.
It's a high risk situation. You don't know how they will look, and the cracks and the screw holes could make it really hard to do. But $62 isn't to bad, and if you think they will look good then you should go for it. The worst that will happen is you will have some side skirts and fenders that you can't use. They would make some cool yard art.
