The car it is available and is in excellent condition, no accidents .The price is $8000 US and it includes*shipping costs. But you must know that*I live in London, United Kingdom and the car is here. This is my personal car and I have posted the ad on this web site because I want to sell in US . The car has US title and is clean so you will not have any problems when you will register it. The car has passed the emissions test and comes with all the documents you need to register.*The total shipping cost from London to your location*is $2000 US and I will need these money in advance to take care of the fees. As soon as the car arrives, you will test the car and if it does not match 100% your expectations, you will return it in maximum 15 days*from the arrival date. In this case I will send you the full amount back, upon receipt of the car. Time is an important issue for me, but obviously security and*buyer satisfaction*are of greater importance.

I sincerely hope to do this transaction with you.
Best regards!

Dear Sir,
*
I want to take this opportunity to assure you that this deal is as legitimate as it could possible be. There is nothing to be worried about this deal. I never fooled someone in any way. I won't risk my career, my freedom and my future for anything in the world. You can count on that. I would rather close this deal with other person than to know that you'll be very stressed hoping that I am a honest person, until you receive the car. Your peace of mind is a lot more important than this deal. If you decide not to go through with it there is no problem. I got quite a few offers left. Get back to me and let me know what you decide .Thank you for your time and interest. Whatever you decide I wish you good luck.
Best regards.

but wait there is more!!! notice he never puts down the name and that he refers to me as sir when i am clearly a woman. i wrote to another guy who had an ad on yahoo who also seemed to good to be true and guess who it was??

I got a similar response to my email inquiry to an ad on AutoTrader for a 2001 M5 with 20kplus miles for $27000. This guy claimed he was in Italy and also asked for $2000 deposit for shipping! Same 2 week money back guarantee.
I wished him good luck!

its on autotrader too...like an M3 usually, over the last 2 weeks i have been noticing fraud, i always e-mail the person and it is the same story with the same e-mail as you, well not exact same, but on autotrader all the cars come back with the same e-mail with differnent places (rome, london), but the funny thing is that everytime i e-mail the person they take the ad of autotrader...im gonna start telling autotrader when i see these

I work as manager for an oil company. I travel a lot. Now I am in Ca tomorrow I am in FL. I do not know where I will be tomorrow, my boss make my day, I don't have a cell phone because i have hearing problems, and as you know cell phones damage the brain. I have my laptop with me all the time. If you want we can deal easy and we close the deal in 5 days. We can deal using escrow. You send the money to the escrow, so they can be secure, I ship you the car, you get it, you check it in the 5 days of inspection, then you decide what to do, if you like it you tell the escrow to give me the money, if not you ship the*bmw back to me. I am willing to pay shipping and escrow fees so all can be easy. Contact me asap if you agree. www.safetrade-escrow.us . Register and e-mail me back.

Thank you

Believe it or not, people do fall for this. A couple of years ago when this scam was new to EBay, some moron "bought" a one year old Porsche 911 Twin Turbo on EBay for $50K. Yeah right!! Sent the money to the escrow house, the rest is history.... Dumb ass!
