what oil

my oil change is comming up and i am going to do my diff and tranny what kind of oil do you sugest for the diff ,trans and engine. i am using castrol gtx 10-30 for the engine i have no idea what is in the trans and diff. manuel tranmistion

I have Redline in my transmission (manual) and differential! Go to their website and they will direct you to the proper oil types.

Redline is the best but its like $7 a qt for engine oil. I use GTX just because its so much cheaper

How about BMW High Performance Synthetic Oil, SAE 5W-30 from the BMW dealer..? It's cheeper then Castrol. $3.20/ quart from Concord BMW. The Filter runs about $8.00.
