This isn't a "whats your favorite band" its an honest question: if i were to look in your cd changer right now (or cd player) what would i find?

Disc 1. Tony Bennet (Xmas) (haven't taken it out yet))
Disc 2. Radiohead (Kid A)
Disc 3. Weezer, (both Blue and Green album on one disc)
Disc 4. Sigur Ros (Agaetis Byjrun)
Disc 5. Medeski Martin and Wood (Tonic)
Disc 6. Atmosphere (Lucy Ford and older stuff mix)

soon to take over:
SRV, Stereophonics, and a different radiohead cd

3. Bon Jovi - Slippery When Wet (I know, I know) [:I]
4. New York Pro Musica Antiqua - English Medieval Christmas Carols
5. The Sistine Choir - Christ is Born

Time to lose the Christmas music, methinks. [confused]

Sorta embarassing but here's my list (in my visor cd holder since I'm not cool enough for a changer):

Britney Spears - In the Zone (it's actually really good... there's even a song about masturbation!)
Sarah Brightman - assorted but mainly from La Luna
Josh Groban - can't remember which album
No Doubt - newest album
Aqua - the Barbi one
assorted burned cds

It's a relic from when I went on this program nicknamed "Love Boat" (don't remember the official name for the program). Basically, the Taiwanese gov't sponsors Chinese kids from all over the world to go there for 6 weeks to learn how to speak Mandarin and Taiwanese culture. For kids, it's basically an excuse to go clubbing for 6 weeks straight with massive hookup opportunities. I think the Taiwanese clubs were blasting it when I was there and I keep it around cuz it brings back some REALLY fun memories. There were other songs that were super fobby and hilarious (especially the ones that droned cuss words or talked about sex) that I heard there. The Taiwanese had no idea what those songs said cuz they didn't speak English. I couldn't find those songs (musta been European or something) and Aqua was the only one I could find.

Several times in the past 6 months I've had XM (about the same as Sirius, I think?) in Hertz rental cars. It is pretty nice, no commercials, DJ talks for a few seconds every 5 songs or so. But it DOES lose the signal more than I expected. Urban canyons (tall buildings), thick heavy tree canopies and tunnels/underpasses block the signal. It seems like it might buffer about 5 seconds or so of audio, but anything longer than that, it goes silent.

I had it in Florida back when we had one of those sunspot storms. It did cut out several times in the open, I figured it must have been the storm.

It is cool, but it wasn't cool enough for me to run out and get one.
