From searching, what I've found looks like the typical offset for an E30 (4x100 bolt pattern) is 25mm. Is this positive (+) or negative (-)? I found a set of great 15x7 wheels for an E30 (I'm hoping to get one when my car sells) but the offset is +40mm... Would these even fit right, or would they stick out too far and rub like crazy?

And to those who know me, any other info about my car-buying endeavour is strictly TOP-SECRET until I finally get it. All you get to know is E30. [thumb]

It's +25, so that means +40 would not stick out, it would stick "inward".

If the wheels are meant for an E30 then they should fit fine.

you'll need 20mm spacers, and ask whats the center bore diameter as you'll want Hubcentric spacers. otherwise vibration will be your new friend.
