Will a claybar take off my zaino polish?

Okay, so I just put on a layer of z5 and z2 this past weekend, after claying the car. My feelings are the car can never be too smooth, so will claying the car more often continue to take off the polish I just put on?

After claying, it is best to add another coat of Protectant..., no matter what the brand

Probably should wax it again, but the clay bars have levels of aggressiveness also.
