Window Problem

I just have replaced the window channel guide and the ball blips on the rails which connect the regulator to the window, Everything works ok except the window motor does not stop when rolling up and down, my other 3 windows work ok and I switched the window switch with another one,, but it still doesnt change anything?

I have a feeling that this is what casued the regulator to bend and break the plastic clips,,,
Any ideas?
