That can't be real, the hose nozel would get pulled off the car, but it wouldn't rip off the whole pump hose...
But yesterday I was driving absent minded and pulled into a gas station for about .75 cents of gas and left my engine on when i went to pump the gas, strangely enough no light came on. Actually I think this is a real as it gets. I know quite a bit about photo editing and I know that to replicate this in photoshop would take much more time than its worth. Especially considering that the picture was taken on a rainy/snowy day. It would make the editing considerably harder. Besides, I've seen plenty of pictures of this same sort of thing even before the "digita age."
