All projector Xenon headlights have the passenger-side headlight aimed a bit higher, so you can see a bit farther down the road without blinding on-coming drivers.
As for on-coming drivers flashing you, that is not uncommon for a car equipped with Xenon headlights (I personally get that all the time myself). To make sure your headlights are not aimed too high, the next time you are driving on a flat road behind another car (preferrably a sedan or coupe) look at your Xenon beams. The beam of light should not be higher than the car's trunk lid (but should be steady, illuminating pretty much the whole "tail" of the car). Bumps or changes in the elevation of the road may cause the beam pattern to bounce up and down a bit, but that is what the auto-leveling is there for (to constantly adjust the angle of the bulbs to reduce the glare for drivers around you)
