Hi there. I'm new to this group and I'm wondering if someone can help out with a question. I've got a 98 M roadster that I drive well into the cooler climate hear in WI, and I'd like to consider a hardtop. Haven't found any used ones out there for sale. I'd like to hear from someone who has one and whether they think it's worth the $$

I have the hardtop for the 330. With it on, it feels just like a coupe. One of the reasons I got the hardtop is that it should extend the life of the ragtop by protecting it for about 4-5 months of drivng each year when the ragtop is always up. I also just like the look of it.

I have one on my 98 M roadster. I love it. It gives the car a different look, that is low and lean. There are photos of mine in the gallery with the hard top on. Yes they are worth it. Try eBay, I have seen them listed there.

I've been thinking about getting one for my Z4. I've seen a few pictures of them and thought it added a really attractive alternate look, and of course I'm looking to make it warmer and cut out road noise during the winter.

They sure are expensive for the 4 though.
