Usher, that's clearly not the Anthracite trim.
If the dealer ordered it properly as you alluded to earlier, it should be easy to get them on your side since it wasn't their fault. From there, I'd be amazed if there isn't a way for this to be escalated to a regional rep or something that could authorize a wood swap on the car. How hard could that be?
Now, if the dealer screwed up the order, you could still try to go above their heads to BMWNA and see if they'll help but unless you have some good proof that you ordered Anthracite, you may be SOL.
Hey, at the very least, you're already willing to live with the error so you have nothing to lose!
Again, my best advice is to not alienate the dealer if they placed the order properly. A sales rep who can't tell the difference between poplar and anthracite, while idiotic, is not anything to fight about.
