Thanks Tom, this site is beautiful, it reminds me of my S2K site, clean and fast. I may put some pix in the gallery, I didn't want to offend (you know, bringin' a lesser car [honest]), but I was quite proud of the dyno #'s I put up today; 210 HP/278 Torque! And yes, she's only got 52K on her clock, she's a screamer :).

Thanks Wadula, I just found the same thing with a quick Google search. Is that Bela Lugosi in your Avatar?
[welcome] aboard UltimateLurker! I too love all kinds of vehicles and have been very critical, at times, of (some) close minded people here. No need to name names, as they know who they are. There are many other very nice vehicles out there and I can find the beauty in many of them. You're car my friend, is a very nice looking Conquest. I have always liked both the Conquest and Starions. They have a very nice road stance. Hang around this board and you will see the majority of the time the members here are very respectful, helpful, and appreciative. We always welcome true car enthusiasts.

P.S. Those are some nice #'s you're car has dyno-ed.

Just my 2 cents.....started as a web site that did not like M3 BMW....that was OK with me, some people do not like other cars. I like the Starion, always have, was a great car for the time and they can be modded well, granted, they are dated, but I still like them. They were the king of their day. I just like cars in general and do not play the street race game or the magazine game with times. Best thing for a car guy like me is going to a track and watching the cars.....even a truck can haul but. I am not a Mitzu guy.....well, besides driving my dads Ford Courier as a teen....that truck would never die. Hey, the Starion is a nice car, if it was in good shape, would take my 328ic to the cleaners.....but than again, not my Z28....damn, still miss that, people hate the Stangs and Camaros here also, but they are modded cheap....and will haul their weight. Another thing, suspention mods are pretty simple and with the technology now, you can even get a Gremlin to handle like a race car. Starion guys....I got respect for ya. Was a great car for its time.....just like the Buick Grand National....my favorite TURBO!!!! GNX!!! Not a pretty body, not the best build, but it wil RUN!!! My wife has a lowered kit on her Camaro V6....not fast like the Z28....but older cars can handle pretty well with upgrades. Sorry, blithering, will probably get flamed, but I am just a car guy. Someone hates my BMW, fine with me, someone hates any car I have....fine. We all like our cars....that is what makes us different.[;)]

less or more is always in the eye of the beholder. everyone has its reasons to love or dislike certain things and that makes the world go rund.
i just wonder how all you guys come up from so fast?
When I had to buy new S03's for the S2K I did some major burnouts, I think I did 13 circles...lol, here's a pic.

I do burnouts with the Quest every Friday night, but I try to keep it to a minimum 'cause I want the tires to last.

The S2K is really fun to drive, in the curves, but sadly, it doesn't nearly feel as fast as it is because of the engine/suspension/gearing dynamics. For '04 they may have cured some of that with more torque, a lower redline, and a lower FDR.

Viddy, nope, sorry, just a bunch of pix and a near summons as well...lol.

I have a friend who works at a local Honda dealer. He would always tell us about S2000 tire days. That would be when someone would bring in an S2000 for a tire change. The workers would then take it out back, do a 9000 rpm clutch drop, and just destroy the old tires. Sounds like fun, if you ask me.
