... um... you already have dual exhaust in your 325iS, just not dual mufflers... if you look under your car you'll clearly see two pipes going all the way back to a single muffler w/ dual in, dual out.

plus the e28 M5 had the big six.... and the exhaust most likely wont match up to your car, since it's a completely different body & a completely different engine

If you are talking about dual mufflars it is pretty simple conversion, instead of both pipes going to the one mufflar the one will go away to the right and around the spare wheel, too another muffler, I have seen this done too my friends 325is and it is the business, he has quad tips and the sound it makes is a really impressive deep growl at idle, that turns into a screeming banshee at high rpm's
